Getting a Little Sassy

I stumbled over a new inspiration site this evening; the theme is "Sassy."

Yes, it's late, but I thought I'd give it a whirl...primarily because a couple of the questions really caught my attention. Note, however, some gender appropriate editing.

1. If you could say anything you wanted to say to George Bush, what would you say?

"Can you get me a meeting with President Obama?"

2. If you had to be the mother parent of Britney Spears or Lindsay Lohan, who would you choose and why?

Hm. Tough call. Britney, I guess. Her kids still have a chance to be normal...given the right role models.

3. You get to be Queen Ruler for a day. The kids are all taken care of, and you can spend as much money as you want. What do you do all day?

Take the wife and kids to the beach...in Maui.

4. Is there a song that brings tears to your eyes every time you hear it? If so, which one?

Haco Mucho, Mucho Tiempo (A Long, Long Time Ago), from the soundtrack of Pan's Labyrinth. Gets me every time I hear it.

5. A fairy taps you on the shoulder and tells you that you can either have a perfect face or a perfect body for the rest of your life. Which do you choose?

How about my mind, instead?

6. If you could live any place in the world and money was no object, where would you live and why?

A country with high-speed Internet, beaches, and no extradition treaties with the U.S. Just so long as I get to bring my immediate family with me, including my youngest daughter. Why? No extradition treaty. Youngest daughter. 'Nuff said.

7. What is your biggest regret in life?

The thing I should most regret...I don't. (See previous question.)

8. If you could go back and visit one person in your life who is now dead, and ask one question, what would that question be and why would you ask it?

Hm. Tough one. As far as I know, the person I really want to ask a question of isn't dead. The question would be "why wouldn't you be a part of my life?"

If this were the moment, the person would be my father...and the question would be a statement. "I understand now. I'm so very sorry."

9. If you had the choice to age forward (like we are now) or aging backwards (think Benjamin Button) which would you choose and why?

I can't honestly say I'd ever want to be Benjamin Button. *Shudder*

10. What will the epitaph on your headstone say?

Goodbye, Footpad.
